Who we are
This website, jmansells.com, is operated by Jeremias “JMan” Maneiro, a New York State Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with The Maneiro Team at REMAX Realty Group, 101 Canal Landing Blvd, Ste 1, Rochester, NY 14626.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you fill out a form, call, text or email, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email, phone number, property address and message.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are read and how people arrive. It uses cookies and collects data like device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed. It does not tell us who you are. You can opt out with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser’s cookie settings.
- Chat assistant. The chat button in the corner is an AI assistant run by Big Brain Chatbots. It keeps a record of your conversation, and any name, email or phone number you choose to type, so we can follow up. Don’t share sensitive financial details in chat.
- Fonts. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
We do not sell your personal information.
How we use it
- To respond to your request and follow up about your real estate needs
- To keep a record of our conversations in our customer relationship management system
- To keep the website secure and working
We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time. We don’t send marketing text messages without your separate, express consent.
Who we share it with
- The service providers that run this site and our follow-up, only to provide those services: web hosting, Google (Analytics and email), Big Brain Chatbots (the chat assistant), Make (which routes form submissions) and GoHighLevel (our CRM)
- Our brokerage, REMAX Realty Group, as required for supervision and recordkeeping
- Other parties to your transaction, such as lenders or attorneys, only with your direction
- Government authorities when the law requires it
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we’re not required to keep it. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link.
