Standardized Operating Procedures
New York requires brokerages to publish Standardized Operating Procedures for working with prospective homebuyers, covering things like identification, preapproval and whether an exclusive broker agreement is required. The Maneiro Team follows the procedures of our brokerage, REMAX Realty Group.
